Neckbook does not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
Neckbook offers exchanges only for size changes. If you need a different size, you can exchange the product. Please note that exchanges are allowed only once per order.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and labels intact. Neckbook reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original state.

Payments made via Cash on Delivery (COD) are non-refundable.
If you choose to return the product, a shipping cost of Rs. 150 will be deducted from the refunded amount. This deduction covers the return shipping expenses. In case pickup service is not available at your location, you will be responsible for self-shipping the product back to us. We shall provide you with the necessary instructions and address details for the return shipment.
Upon initiation of a Return Request, the process for returns or exchanges will commence within 2-3 days. Once the returned product is received at our facility and checks the quality check standard, the refund process will begin within 2-3 days thereafter. Neckbook advises customers to carefully review the product description before making a purchase to minimize the need for returns or exchanges.
Please note that products purchased under discounts or during sale periods are not eligible for returns or exchange. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
